Elicit is designed to work with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge and the latest versions of Windows or MacOS. Outdated browsers or operating systems may result in degraded performance.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you encounter issues with running steps in an Elicit Notebook, loading issues in your browser, or general slowness, please give try the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache.

  2. Make sure your browser and operating system are fully updated.

  3. Reboot your computer (this clears a different type of cache).

  4. Close any other programs that may be running on your computer except the browser.
