Elicit is designed for use in English. Search, summaries, and data extraction are optimized for English-language papers, and Elicit's sources are predominantly English-language.
A query in another language may return relevant results, including non-English papers, and in some workflows, such as Research Agent sessions, Elicit may read or respond in another language. Quality varies widely, and Elicit cannot ensure the accuracy of those responses. Using Elicit in a language other than English will also consume your usage limit more quickly.
