We also improved our screening and extraction performance. Against a benchmark of 108 published Cochrane reviews, our system scored up to 99.5% screening sensitivity and 95% extraction accuracy. Learn more about the new systematic review features and our evaluation methodology on our blog.
Upgrades to Elicit Systematic Review and the Systematic Review API are immediately available to Enterprise customers. Existing Scale users and new Scale users who sign up by June 6, 2026 will receive one free trial enhanced review.
