New in Elicit: Scaled Systematic Reviews and Report Templates

Edited

Running a literature review often means managing thousands of papers across tools and then wrestling your findings into the right format. Today, we're releasing two features that make this significantly easier: Scaled Systematic Reviews and Report Templates.

Scaled Systematic Reviews

Elicit Systematic Reviews can now support up to tens of thousands of papers, so you can do your full review (search, screen, extract, and synthesize) all in one go.

Enterprise users: load up to 40,000 papers in your Systematic Review, with up to 10,000 results per search query.

Teams users: load up to 20,000 papers in your Systematic Review, with up to 5,000 results per search query.

Pro users: load up to 5,000 papers in your Systematic Review, with up to 1,000 results per search query.

You can include every relevant result from PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov within Elicit, upload as many other papers as you’d like, and feel confident in your review’s sensitivity. Elicit can then screen and extract data from all of these papers in parallel, turning a task that takes hundreds of hours into a task that takes one hour.

Report Templates

When you create a Report, you can now choose different styles and formats of output with Templates. We’ve added two templates to start with:

1-Page Overview: gives you a concise answer to your question

Research Gap Analysis: identifies where current evidence falls short

Templates can be chosen upfront on the homepage or can be applied to a Report after it’s been generated.

This is just the start; we're actively building more templates, including formats designed for regulatory submissions. We'd love your input on what would be most useful for your workflow. What templates do you need? Reply to this email and let me know. Templates are available for Plus, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise users today. Enterprise customers can also develop custom templates with us for use within their org.

In-line citations

As part of working on Templates, we also updated our Report exports to include in-line citations. Now, when you download the PDF or Word doc for a Report, citations will be numbered in-line and in the References section for easy cross-checking and verification.

Try Templated Reports

We have more exciting launches planned over the next few weeks and we welcome any feedback on the features we launched today.
