Sharing a session as view-only is available on all plans. Giving someone edit access for collaboration requires a Scale or Enterprise plan, and edit access can only be shared with a member of your team.

Invite your team members to collaborate live with you in Research Agent sessions. Collaborators with edit access can ask the agent questions in your session, produce new artifacts (documents, tables, etc.), and edit other artifacts that you or other collaborators created in the session. All actions and edits are logged, attributed to the team member who took that action, and kept in version history.

Open the session and use the Share button at the top right to invite someone by email, choosing edit access.

Edit access can only be given to a member of your Scale or Enterprise team. Anyone else can be given view access.

Once the session is shared, the people with access are listed at the top, and each message in the agent chat thread shows who sent it. Anyone with edit access can ask the agent questions, create artifacts, and comment on or edit artifacts, exactly as the owner can.

Select the portion of the artifact where you want to make a comment or request an edit:

To leave a comment for other collaborators to view and reply to, click Add comment. To request the research agent make changes to that section, click Ask Elicit.

Ask the agent for the change you want, for example revising a section.

The agent does not overwrite the artifact directly. It produces a draft for you to review, and you decide what happens to it:

You do not have to accept or reject a draft as it stands. You can reply to the draft to keep working on it. Accept it once it is right.

You can include @Elicit in any message in a comment thread to ask Elicit a question about the artifact. Asking a question about an artifact gets you an answer in the chat. It does not start an edit. Only a request to change something produces a draft.

If an answer in the chat turns out to be worth keeping, you can ask for it to be folded into the artifact, and the agent will draft that change for you.

Every accepted change creates a new version of the artifact, and you can open the version history from the top of the artifact to see:
