Elicit Teams
What is a team?
Subscribing to a Team plan with Elicit gives you access to a dedicated space where you and your team can use Elicit together. Team plans start at a minimum of 5 team members.

Creating and inviting your team
As the administrator of an Elicit Teams plan, you can click on your name in the upper right corner of Elicit to access Admin Settings for your team.
On the Admin Settings page, you can view existing members, invite new users to join your team, and remove old team members.
Your team members will need to accept your invitation in order to join your team. Team members must create an account using the same email address you sent the invitation to in order to be successfully added to your team.
If you need to cancel an invitation, you can do so any time before an invitation is accepted.
Joining a team
The only way to join a team is to have a team administrator invite you to the team. You will need an Elicit account to accept an invitation and join the team.
To accept your invitation, click the Join Organization button from your invitation email. You’ll then be prompted to sign up or log in to Elicit. You must sign up or log in using the same email address the invitation was sent to in order to successfully accept your invitation.
You can only be part of a single team at a time.
Note: Once you join a team, your existing Notebooks will become part of the team account. You will lose access to these Notebooks when you leave the team in the future. If you have your own personal Notebooks you don’t want to lose access to, change the email address on your existing account so you can create a new account to use with your team.
Removing a team member
Team administrators can remove a team member at any time.
Navigate to your admin settings page to view the members of your team. Click on the 3 dots to the right of any team member’s email address to deactivate them.
Once removed, the team member will no longer have access to any team Notebooks, including ones they have previously created.
When you are removed from a team
When you are removed from a team, your account is immediately deactivated. You will no longer have access to Elicit using this email address. Notebooks you creaet
To use Elicit again as an individual subscriber, create a new account using a different email address.
